On the 13th of March I took delivery of order number 2006821 with stock code 78777305 StarCraft Heart of the swarm.
Now this is not the item I pre ordered online. I ordered SimCity collectors edition and the papers I received on delivery list that as the item being delivered.
I can't quote the order code for SimCity now because the CNA login webpage is not working but I do have a reference number for my complaint 1303130034/GO.
My last communication with a CNA rep told me that it would be delivered on Wednesday 28th Well it hasn't arrived and with Easter holidays coming I guess I can't expect it anytime soon.
Really what is the point of pre order when the item ends up being 3 to 4 weeks late?
The last time I pre ordered with CNA they sent a duplicate of my order and wasted no time recovering it but they can't do the same when they send the wrong thing.
Might be better to use Musica in future don't you think?
