My laptop went in for repairs to Acer on the 07.02.2013. I was informed that repairs takes between 5 - 7 working days. Today is 13.03.2013 and was informed now that my machine is STILL NOT repaired. The manager I informed about my unhappiness with the service, Mr. Stuart Morgan never bothered to get back to me, I had to "remind" him 2 days later about my issue. There is still no word from Acer, although I complained on their OWN site.
I would also just like to know, WHO WILL BE PAYING MY ADSL LINE for the last 2 months (and Counting!!!)that was simply wasted!!!
I am not happy with the service and lack of urgency that my case is being handled with.
