The only and only time I gave a telesales call person a chance, does it come to bite me in the bum. New Tech International called, offering ink cartridges and promising a million things. I decide to buy their product. The product is faulty. I call to return them. They argue with me and then still expect me to pay for the cartridges to be returned to them in JHB. I am actually -vol enough to do it, just to stop getting calls from them.
