I ordered cartridge at new tech international hoping it will be good, but it was bad that our machine is broken now, and they promised me a gift card just to say thank you for ordering and now im calling them no one is picking up the phone and they delivered extra 2 cartridges of which i did not order, im left with no choice but to open a case against them for misleading us.
