Not very happy with the way things were handled

I received a call a while ago from New Tech thanking me for a marketing survey that I had participated in, this threw me off completely, our Company has many different departments within our building, so it could of easily been someone else. They were offering these cartridges which were more efficient than the ones we were using. I gave the consultant the printer details, without confirming first, as the printer was not in front of me, I was under the impression that they were complimentary, closer to the end of the conversation I realised I would have to pay, and that I was going to get 2 not 1.I did agree to this, but was still not feeling happy about the initial phone call. I left it, not thinking anything of it, I later got a phone call from the post office saying there was a delivery for me, I had to go and collect these cartridges! When I brought them back to the office, they were not the right ones, so I phoned twice yesterday and once again today to change it and decided to not get new ones but just return the old ones. Marius was very rude and not understanding, it turned into a heated argument, which I am likely to say now that I would not suggest using them as a supplie
