I purchased a Tshirt at the store and paid by credit card. It was worn once and after the first wash the stitching had unraveled on the shoulder seam. I returned it to customer services who not prepared to enter into any discussion as I no longer had the slip. The point is that there is a problem with quality control and customer service. They were not willing to assist me with an exchange or ensure that the matter was taken up with the supplier. I expect a T shirt to last longer than one wash and the store to take some accountability for poor quality. I should not have to keep a slip for petty purchases. Don't shop at Edgar's - inferior quality and NO after sales service.
