I bought 3 pairs of socks on the 21st of August and same day i went to gym n i was wearing 1 of pairs i bought, same day the same socks were torn
on saturday the 25th august i went to the store to exchange, the store manager refused to exchange and i told her that this is not the first time i buy from Mr Price Sport, i know quality of their socks, maybe it was factory fault or quality was not checked properly, she told me that "if u think we are not selling good quality Goods then you must go somewhere else and get good quality goods, we are not gonna exchange"
Mr Price Sport is one of my favourate Sports Shop, i go there almost every month to buy their gym clothing, but the Manager told me to go buy somewhere else
even if they can check my history of buying, all my gym clothing i buy from them and I have never complained about any of their products
And now the Manager by the name of Portia told me to go buy somewhere else because of R39.99 - socks
