I went to matrix store to change my computer cpu fan, so i went to front desk to ask for help just to be greeted by a "know it all attitude person" who makes you feel like you are wasting his time. i asked him about the quality of the fans and he didn't even bother to reply with a decent explanation. i asked about the thermal grease and he openly corrected me by demanding that i use the term thermal paste. and when i said fairwell he didn't even care to reply. i feel insulted when someone corrects me when that is the correct term and i specialise in the field of computers for approx 15 years. to just clarify [URL Removed] . to the person responsible i like to say, "the client is always right" and to matrix store, YOU JUST LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER to a person that treats their clients like. I really hope you learn a lesson.
