Surely the way Hellopeter operates is a form of extortion? Customers are allowed to post any unfounded and uninvestigated report about a company and should the company wish to respond and defend themselves they need to pay? My company has 5 complaints on their website, because I want to respond to one of them that is inaccurate and unfounded Hellopeter wants to charge me R1200 PER ANNUM!
I am all for consumer satisfaction and the right to voice concern over poor service, but shouldn't business owners have the right to defend themselves?
