How we deal with complaints

We would like to thank each and every one of our loyal clients. We know that there has been some bad report on HelloPeter, and as usual HelloPeter does not check any facts before he publish complaints, neither does he inform the company that complained of. Wesley Wolmarans "Vez" has been put on terms as he refuses to give us his music for his dvd slide show and his photos for his coffee book we have been waiting 9 months for the music and the photos, he did receive is cs with all his photos. In the meantime Wesley Wolmarans did call us and it was agreed with him that he would put any and all complaints on paper so that we could deal with them, and it was agreed that we would put all products on hold. For 8 days now Wesley Wolmarans has done nothing as in the past. As for Rozelle van Heerden "Bubblefairy" To date not a single complaint from Rozelle van Heerden directly to us, we must learn of the complaint through HelloPeter, because HelloPeter fails to inform us. Out of 1000's of weddings we has done over the years, we has received 2 miserable and unfounded complaints. We would like to invite any bride to contact some or any of our happy brides to get a better view of our work.
