My company prides itself on integrity and quality of service. So when someone who has never used my business, but has an axe to grind personally, puts up a false report on HelloPeter, quite naturally, I reacted quickly to defend my business.
Granted, at first, I submitted it wrong. An efficient lady from HelloPeter called Monique contacted me and advised me on the right procedure for a takedown notification request, which I immediately did. I was quite verbose on the form what it was all about, and hoped it would happen quickly.
It has not, and 48 hours later, my business is suffering harm as a result. I understand that legitimate customer complaints need to be dealt with, but when they are candidly false, obliging me to respond using a paid service.
I have no recourse to solve this. I sincerely hope this will be addressed as a matter of urgency, since frankly, it is not an accurate or legitimate report.
