DATAPATHWAY are my ISP and when I reported a fault on my line, they created a test account to check if it was my account or the line. I discovered a couple of months later that I was being billed for this test account, so obviously I requested the money back. So now they have just begun to ignore the numerous E-mails I have sent to them, so I have requested cancellation documentation as they a! Stay away from Mickey Mouse ISP's!
