My baby was in NNICU when I signed to say that an ear test may be done on him, there was never any test done in my presence and also no proof of any test done furnished to me. Mrs Grobler called me to pay the account, she refuses to send me a proper invoice (will only send an sms with bank details which could be hers for all I know) and refuses to send me any proof that an ear test was in fact done> She has no manners what so ever, she shouts and talks over me. This is absolutely shocking, I don't understand how I can be charged for something when I don't have proof that it was done.
