It amazes me why companies waste webspace by having a "Contact Us" page on their website, like MAKRO.
I purchased a Canon LIDE 210 scanner at the store on 2013/01/06. Although the scanner works fine from the software, none of the buttons on the front of the scanner i.e. the 2 x PDF, 1 x Auto scan, 1 x Copy or 1 x Scan to e-mail buttons works.
On Saturday 12 January I sent a product equiry via you website "Contact Us" page [URL Removed] and again on Tuesday 15 January... every time I just receive a message that "I will be contated within 24 hours"
If you don't intend responding to clients' requests/complaints, rather remove the "Contact Us" page from your website!
