On the 15th of March 2013 incredible connection had a special on the lenovo G580, with windows 8 programs on. when I got home I noticed that there were no software discs in the box, i called incredible connection the next day being the 15th at 9.50 am and spoke to a gentlemen called sibusiso who said there must have been a mistake and I can come and collect the software that wasn't there. however when I went to the store on saturday I was told I must buy the software. When I spoke to sibusiso in the store he told me the same thing but when thabo spoke to him he said something else. So I got a huge run around and no software I was told I must pay
R1300.00 if i wanted the office software that is on my laptop, nevermind the other preloaded software programs like windows 8 etc. Is that why everyone calls them incredible corruption?
should I JUST ACCEPT THIS AND FORK OUT MORE MONEY FOR SOFTWARE THAT "COMES" WITH THE LAPTOP!!!
