Back on-line within 90 minutes

My modem got hit by lightning around 3.30 this afternoon 18th Feb - completely fried. I phoned Ollie at The Oasis- my computer equipment suppliers. He checked what they had in stock, sent a technician around and within an hour and a half I was up and running again. I know that it depends on the workload and I might just have been lucky but it is still amazing service. Ollie provides wonderful remote service as well. Highly recommended. Thank you Oasis
