Our family had brunch at the M1 Oasis Wimpy.
From the time we walked in there, we weren't greeted and the waitress just nodded with her head to follow her.
She took our order down with what seemed like confusion and when she brought the drinks she bent down and asked me how many people are there and then realised she'd completely forgotten my husband's lunch.
When we started putting sugar in our tea and coffee we noticed lipstick stains on both our cups.
We requested to see the manager to tell him and get new drinks but he hardly seemed surprised or sympathetic just asked us if we needed new drinks?
There were no toys for the kiddies meals.
My son's fish fingers had remnants of old dried up tomato sauce on.
I was just disappointed.
It was all-in-all, the worst service ever.
Wimpy M1 Oasis will never see us again. Eve
