Recently my CPU gave in. I have never heard of anything like that happening before. I immediately contacted Wootware (Place where i purchased it from) And informed Chris what had happened. In the mean time i checked myself if i could point out where fault. I at first never knew it was CPU and i eventually figured it out. Chris kindly asked me to send Both my CPU and Motherboard to him for testing. He got back to me Indicating he recieved both components and will be testing. All done sooner than what i expected. Very good work Chris. He also mentioned a fault in my motherboard which i never knew about and sent both cpu and Motherbaord away. I was updated on progress of both components and in the end, the whole process to me felt effecient, straight forward and what really impressed me was quick response and updates (i was worried over the smallest of things and clueless about what exactly happens in such a case. ) I have been recommeding wootware since my first purchase from them. But this just shows how good there aftersales support is should anything happen or go wrong and that is what people worry about when buying online. Thank you CHRIS and rest of WootwareTeam!!
