Faulty goods supplied with no refund

I purchased 2x Alcatel One Touch T10 tablets (running Android 4.0.3) from Esquire Technologies in Durban. I was promised by the Branch Manager that you could install any game from the Play Store on these devices. These devices were purchased on 25/4/2013 @ 12h23, when installing Angry Birds the game would not load; the devices were returned on 26/04/2013 @ 10h00 (not even 24hrs old). The technician restored the default settings, updated the tablet as well as uninstalled and re-installed the games [No success]. These were then sent to Vodacom in JHB to sort out, they re-installed the Android OS 4.0.3 and sent the goods back, when installing Angry Birds the same issue persists. The DBN technician tries to install software again [no success], he then upgrades to Jelly Bean Android Software [No Success]. It has been 3 weeks since I bought the devices[returned to DBN on 14/05/2013], Esquire refuses to refund or even swop out the device with a working one. I found the DBN manager to be rude and Esquire customer service in general appalling, even the main managers in JHB couldn't careless; they take you money and give you a big stuff you when there are issues with their products, Disgusted
