Don't car attitude! Only wants to sell the cover!!!

I bought the my invoicing package beacuse I am a small business and do not need anything more. I called in this week to re register my package on a new PC. I was helped by Helen, I explained to Helen my problems, she said she will put me through for a once off assistance. I then spoke to Matilda who helped me cange my dallar sign to the rand sign. She asked me to scan in my old invoice and the one that is printing incorrectly and email it to her so she can sort it out. Shortly thereafter I got a mail saying she cannot assist me as I d not have cover! I then called bck and asked to speak to a manager, whom I spoke to Joe Ferreira, I expalined to him that I could not get into design and that I have already paid a reseller R1500.00 to customize my invoice for 1 and a half hrs of work. I wanted a step by step form showing me how to customize my invoiice. He sent me a step by step form showing me how to get to design! He is now trying to sell me cover, but i do not need cover or the my business package because i am still a growing company!!! I regret changing from quick books, there software is user friendly and they always willing to assist!!! I want to know why my back up did not work!!
