HP printer was taken for repair with set of cartridges full, when was returned - was not printing again and cartridges were half full. After 4days working belt snapped, I took back to LaserGroup, they took a part printer and third day can't assemble.
When I asked Kiara, if they have license to repair HP printers, she mentioned YES. Then I told that, I have list of companies who do license for repair, but your company not on the list. Kiara said that I can come and collect my printer without repair.
Laser Group very unqualified, very unreliable company.
