Toshiba advertised through pamphlets in the mailboxes, free laptop with any purchase of a copier, printer machine. We applied, they delivered only after three weeks the printer but not the laptop with the understanding they will deliver the laptop at a later stage. After many phone inquiries and rude response from the sales rep aswell as the director, they inform us the offer only stands if your application is approve by financing. No such
clause can be found anywhere on any document we signed. I did not pay cash for the printer, so it much be financed and still they neglect to comply to the statement on the advert " A FREE laptop with any copier printer purchased. So obviously this advert is false and they mislead the public. It's already been 2 Months now and we still have NO! Laptop.
