We are a large Retailer who subscribe to Hellopeter in being able to ensure we stay on top of any complaints or compliments received from our consumers. We paid our annual subscription to Hellopeter in March 2013 and now get calls from their Accounts Department. We've proven that we paid our subscription, have emailed all those relevant, and even tried to make contact with their Accounts Department, but the calls are not being answered. Oh and guess what? We now no longer thave access to "respond" to our Customers from this morning...
It seems ironic that such a site as Hellopeter who promote customer service excellence, can't provide it themselves.
