From time to time I turn to Hellopeter after getting poor service from Companies Who Respond.
By then I am exasperated as attempts to address the issue through their call center/customer services department have failed.
While the outcome is not always 100% satisfactory, I can say that at least companies take Hellopeter seriously and Hellopeter provides a much needed service. Thank you Hellopeter and shame on those companies who train their staff inadequately thus causing poor customer service.
