Does hellopeter make any effort to follow up on responses that are not answered, or those that are poorly answered. I have posted two complaints to Thekwini Toyota but they seem to have ignored it. They also seem to answer other peoples queries inadequately.
Does hellopeter also have a facility which shows the number of times a complaint has been viewed by visitors to the site?
