During the past 2 years I used I had incredible successes from companies where I received poor service levels.
I just want to thank you for this great service. My only hope for the new year is that even more companies like VW and many others that still seriously lack any customer service levels also register on as companies that ''reply''
Furthermore, I feel this site should become law as part of our new consumer protection act!!!
