Come on Mr. Cheales, do some advanced work on this Dinosaurus website. We know the company revenue is derived from companies/suppliers paying subscription fees and hence the reluctance to over expose them but your website can be better and move with the times.
A while ago i asked about you creating the means for us to upload videos and photos of good & bad service received. Contact EWN and inquire of them how they do it.
Or failing which, be transparent and tell us WHY the reluctance to innovate.
