The consumer protection act states that if, within six months a product does not work one can have it replaced. BT Games did not honour this law with the above game.
I bought the game on 4 December and took it back three weeks later because it did not work.
BT refused to replace the defective product. Brendon could not even test the game that I had brought back.
The attitude displayed by the management was totally inflexible and uncompromising.
