In SA we are quick to complain. Yet, also nice to compliment good service. Hello Peter is definitely one of the best things out, rather sad to see some complain about it, obviously mostly suppliers. Since starting to use the site over a year ago, we've only had good experiences. The few complaints were actually dealt with. Companies that are unhappy with paying a few rands to respond, no sympathy. I reckon, more harm is done by Not responding quickly and honestly. I actually enjoy some of the responses from companies, when clearly the complainants were unfair or wrong, and it being pointed out, rather than automated responses.
