I bought a NanoBridgeM antenna from Scoop Distribution on the 9th of December 2013 which I set up and realised it was not working - the wireless kept on going on and off eventually stopped working altogether. I took the antenna back to Scoop Distribution and was told by Peter that something was loose on the inside of the antenna. He told me the antennas have come loose. He refused to test it straight away and only after a few days I was notified to come and collect it and they told me that it cannot be replaced due to physical damage. I would like to know how he could see inside the unit when it is a sealed unit. He did not want to want to replace it with a new one but rather sell me a new unit at more cost. I am really not happy about the fact that when purchasing goods from Scoop you have to also pay a 15% handling fee, which pushes the price of the product up even more. And then they refuse to test faulty products or replace them immediately with new products. I think its disgusting!
