I reported my first complaint wrt my B&W soundbar almost a month ago on this site. I was contacted the very next day and I was told to take my new unit that was faulty from day one for an assessment that should not take longer than a week! The distribution manager said to me personally that I would probably receive a new unit after the assessment so I agreed on this. Yesterday almost a month later someone from the store called to inform me that I can come and get a credit as it will cost to much to repair the unit! As I mentioned I don't want a credit I want a new working order soundbar as this is what I was supposed to get when I purchased the product. I need to mention that I took a extended repair warrantee on this item too. So this store don't honor their policies to replace faulty items if reported within a week or repairing this newly bought item even after selling me a extended warrantee So firstly no one at management actually has the decency to take this matter seriously, and actually follow up on this complaint. What a joke for service from Deon Wired! And what a lack from management to take my complaint seriously!
