Making Money and Killing a TREE in the process

Plessey were contracted by Vodacom to put in infrastructure in the Strand area. In this process they damaged the roots of a tree on the reserve in front of my house main entrance at 50 De Vos str Strand in Jan/Feb 2012. It is here where the frustration began in the first week of Feb 2012 when I reported it. Then I spoke to Mr. May and Mr. Jacobs regarding the damage on the 14th Of Oct 2013. Followed up on the 23rd of Oct 2013. They were spoken to on 3 Dec 2013 and they confirmed that they would give the necessary treatment on the 5th and 6th of Dec 2013. Spoke on the 9th Of Dec 2013 to Bernadine the PA of Mr. Anvor Ely and to Mr. Ely on the 18th with a promise that he would phone back. Again it's a day later and still no phone call. What would it take to get a response? I am pretty sure that they have been paid and thus the incentive to take action is none to zero. It would be highly appreciated if someone with integrity would take up this complaint and sort out this issue and in the process save a TREE!!!
