I reported a complaint on Hello Peter about Mercer's bad service already at the end of October 2013, and till date they don't even have the decency to respond to it.
Stay away from buying any Packard Bell or Mercer products for at the end of the day there is just absolutely no customer services available and can't they even face you in order to admit they have made a mistake or any effort in trying to correct it!!!
I am terribly disappointed in a huge company like this and then they expect us to keep on supporting them??? Never again will I buy any Mercer or Packard Bell product and will I keep on telling people around the country / world of my bad experience until everyone realizes just how bad they are and that they are just there to make a quick buck but with no after service!!!
Shame on you Mercer & Packard Bell!
