I ordered an item from there brochure & I needed it in - 1 day as it was my wifes birthday present. After placing the order I realised their was a billing issue with my card. When I found out it was already a day later & the pressure was really on now. I got hold of Lizzy from Rocket Shop, she contacted payfast, payfast called me, I called my bank & the billing issue was sorted. Although I only had a half a day now to receive the parcel Lizzy promised I would get it in time. I also had the cheek to ask them to wrap it for me which they did no problem. The parcel was received this morning with plenty of time to spare. Thanks a million Lizzy & the Rocket Shop team.
