After having a terrible time with WantItAll (which I documented on this site) I was very leery about ordering from another local internet supplier.
I actually phoned them to confirm that they had stock of the Kindle I wanted (the website said so but I was double checking). I got a return phone call a few minutes later from a very nice lady (Lizzy?) who put me at ease and assured me all was good.
I placed the order that evening and was nicely surprised by getting a tracking number to monitor my delivery which arrived exactly 1 business day later.
The website, delivery and customer service were excellent. I was also comforted by their use of "Verified by Visa" where you enter in your PIN.
Will definitely be trying them again.
