So be it that this so-called company operates in Garsfontein Pretoria, I took to their website; [URL Removed]
I selected a motherboard I was looking for, namely the Asrock G41c-gs due to what I thought was an acceptable price. However what I didn't know is that I was paying for is cheap online service, I received the motherboard two days after completing the transaction despite paying for '1 day delivery'.
Upon opening the motherboard, I noticed that the PCI-Express security clip was broken/missing. I proceeded with the installation nonetheless until I noticed that the PC would not start. I sent Titan-ice an email stating that there was a problem, they said I should bring in the board for testing, however they are based an hour's drive from me. I've had IT specialists who've corroborated that the motherboard was faulty, upon sending proof of this to them they maintain I should drive all the way out to Pretoria to test the board instead of just replacing the board.
In Titan-Ice's opinion, the customer is always wrong, I have requested a refund but they simply referred me to their small print T and C's which merely states "We are greedy and have no after sales service"
