A friend of mine told me to send my laptop in to Mattix because "they're really efficient and know what they're doing" so, I did (back up, format & reload), a week passed and nobody had contacted me to inform me of progress or anything, so I decided to phone them myself.
The technician then informed me that Windows XP wouldn't load.
But WHY did they wait for me to phone them before I was informed of this situation?
Another week passed and I decided I was going to go in and collect it, regardless.
R350 (and 2 weeks) later, I got my laptop back (not repaired) AND they gave me the wrong charger, not to mention their XP disc was left in my CD-ROM.
I'd complain about customer service, but that'd be pointless since there was absolutely NO customer service involved. I have never in my life experienced such bad service from anywhere.
