My HP Pavilion DV6-6077ei battery is not holding a charge. It is still under warranty but I can't claim because it is impossible to contact HP. I have emailed, written on their facebook wall and phoned a number of times but every agent gives me another number to call. I have phoned so many people but no one is able to assist me. I am traveling in December and need my battery replaced before hand.
HP's customer service is probably the worst I've ever dealt with and that includes Acer, Asus, samsung, sony and nokia
