I strongly advise anybody wanting to buy this product, steer well clear. Please do research on the internet and you will see that allot of people have exactly the same problem. The fonepad will not charge. Green battery icon with a question mark. Asus has done nothing to address this problem and is still selling these fonepads. Dealers like Incredible Connection should do better than sell these faulty products. I also cracked my screen, Asus repairs are done through partserve. Product cost R 2999.00 - to replace the screen R4100, where the screen can be bought overseas for R381. Dont take my word, google Asus fonepad? battery wont charge
