Upgraded and still billed for previous package???

Since July I've been pleading with Ample hosting to credit my account for the Eco package 2 since I chose to upgrade to another account since end of JUNE ALREADY CATCH A WAKE UP (which by the way was paid up very recently), hence the old account for the ECO PACKAGE is not due as it is paid prorata and in August and now today again they have suspended my website and mail services because of their accounting and management incompetence. I send mails but they claim not to receive them, they also refuse to give me an alternate email address than the ones listed on the website which apparently they have no reason for but to log the complaint online and wait forever for them to re-instate the site when THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, I am SO FED UP with service from a service provider that provides BAD IT SERVICE really don't you realise you are causing people to loose money when YOU MAKE SUCH SILLY MISTAKES!!!
