I am fed-up with Matrix Wharehouse Computers. Once again today I received another spam sms advert message. Saying that I can receive a R5.00 discount. on any flash drive. The message says
to stop receiving sms' I must send OPT Out. I refuse to do so. Why must I at my expense send a message to stop spam I never requested nor gave permission for. I have for the last two and a half years repeatedly instructed the Shop Manager to stop sending me their junk mail, and each time I have been given the reassurance that I will not receive any more messages. It stops for around three or so months then starts again. Every time I have purchased goods from the store I have instructed them not to send me spam sms adverts. I have come to the conclusion that either the staff at Matrix are deaf or they do not understand English. i have decided that instead of another fruitless discussion with the shop manager to log a complaint on Hello Peter. It remains to be seen if firstly, this will help and secondly if the powers that be at Matrix Wharehouse Computers will actually listen to one of their customers.
