I bought a high capacity sandisk flash drive from brillianttech from mr willie botes.
to start off with, the delivery was quite overdue
a few months later when i had serious technical problems with the drive and it was clearly a matter of honouring the warranty and then him going back to his supplier, he stated in no uncertain terms, that he was not prepared to honour the warranty.
i have been unwell in the past few months but told mr botes as soon as i was certain there was a problem with the flash drive
i am considering my legal options at the moment. if i need to spend 10000 to get my 600 plus back, then i will.
this kind of bad conduct is intolerable and entirely unacceptable and unprofessional
do business with this company at your peril!!
