Stratus Office Consumables, got back to me within 24 hours of posting my complaint. They have now agreed that the cartridges I purchased will be sold to me at a lower price but then they actually only charged me now for two cartridges out of four as well as apologized for my experience with them they have also said that they will send me vouchers as furtherance to their apology.
