I've also been caught by CBS and their so-called vouchers and discounts. I have not given them an official order, but told them I would take only 10 cartridges for a trial (this was paid for straight away). Since then I've received two more parcels each with vouchers (not used as yet, as I consider this to be bribery and I don't condone bribery). The only reason I accepted the 1st 10 was because of the fact that it was cheaper that the original type and they offered an additional 25% off if I paid within that week. With the second parcel I felt forced to take it, as it was marked for my attention and the receptionist signed for it when I was not in that day. On return I was given this parcel only to realise that they've sent another voucher. I phone them and was informed by DAVID that this was the balance of my original order... I then paid for it and told him that I don't want any more as we were having problems with these cartridges. Our printer was in for repairs more that it was in the office. Only to be told by the technician that the problems are being caused by the cartridges. The cost of these repairs amounted to almost R5500). PLEASE BE ALERT!!!
