Do not deal with these guys unless you can deal with badgering every month (from day 14 on a 60day term purchase) and are prepared to never return a product. If you do, Debbie the sales manager (who has the most disgusting customer service skills I have ever come across), will call you up and let you know that you dont understand what a contract of sale is and that you are obliged to buy every toner you may have ever considered.
It would seem a potentially great sales/service company has been ruined by its commission structures and one or two staff who don't have a clue how interact with customers.
My initial impressions with Stratus were very good.
