CONTINUED POOR SERVICE FROM TOSHIBA

Continued poor service on our TOSHIBA contract. Now the Johanesburg based MD of TOSHIBA advises us it's no longer his problem as the contract is with a 3rd party based in Cpt. We have been trying (unsuccessfully) to order toner for the last 2 weeks. One would have thought ordering toner would be a basic service delivery component of our contract - apparently not!
