We received 2 cartridges for our MX410, just to realize they are the incorrect ones - they sent us 2 colour cartridges (cl513's) instead of 2 black cartridges as requested. firstly, the 011 245 1300 telephone number does not work. sent them an email asking to contact me asap. eventually someone phone, names himself Kris. was very polite, until i requested them to come collect their incorrect cartridges. then i was shouted and sworn at, and yes, i did swear and shout back, because that is not the way you treat a client.
second call came, same story: shouting, swearing and utter rudeness, especially when you start mentioning the consumer protection act. eventually was told to "shut up" and to " off".
3rd call - "we have handed you over to legal team, will receive an email with their contact details", when i said "excuse me? " the reply was just " off peasant" and he put the phone down.
i cant believe the low level of PR and lack of manners. if i ever spoke to my clients like that, i wont have a client base anymore.
i find it very offensive, and discriminating.
this will not end here.
beware of these guys, they sell re-filled cartridges - even though they say they don't.
