Brand new laptop not working

I purchased a new laptop. There is a problem in the connectivity to the internet, windows doesnt update, applications dont work and doesnt install. Contacted the online support which proved not to be usefull and couldnt rectify the issue... instead sent me a user manual how to operate windows... i mean come on!

one would expect if you pay alot of money for a brand new product for it to at least work..you shouldnt have issues with it from day one. I currently have this new laptop for a 2 weeks and havent been able to use it for one single day... if i needed something to watch movies on i would buy a dvd player!

The service and the products are not what it is supposed to be and as a client that purchased a brand new product i am disgusted in the product and the service.

I just wasted R5000.00 and im sure im going to have uphill getting my laptop replaced or get my money back from HP because i dont need a R5000.00 desk ornament.
