Faulty case

On 14 August I ordered a NZXT 810 Switch matte black case, what I received on the 16th was a regular black case. After emailing them I was informed that the Matte black case is no longer available. I accepted that. On the 25th I built my pc into the new case, I noticed that the power button doesn't work, jas to be pressed multiple times, leds doesn't work, usb3 port doesn't work. I informed them and was told I had to send the case back at my own expense. This is absurd, I paid to get a fully functional case plus courier fees, now I have to pay to get THEIR faulty case back to them. I'm very disappointed. They also responded that they already paid to get the right colour case to me! Which is a lie. And that they receive cases from suppliers as is, which is also a because I received my unfolded invoice inside the SEALED box.
I've already asked for a refund and they said it's ok, but at the cost of me getting a faulty product back to them.
This is insane, I'm not trying to cheat these people out of their money, that's the way they male you feel, I was just trying to get what I paid for. But I will rather settle for my money back.
