Cant do nothing about it

I was in the q and as useal waiting a long time as the banking service is poor in witbank, when a black guy walks stright to the front to a teller, i said there is a q here he smacks his lips again i say hay baba there is a q here please, smacks his lips and says f, u, the black teller laughts, isay and you he says i will kill you now right here, i say you think so yes he says right now, a few more words exchanged and the black teller laughs again as do other black customers, and another teller, when the guy goes i complain to that teller and a white lady, the black lady teller says he did not say that and again i said you heard what he said and she smiled, i suppervisor was called and she said they can do nothing about it, bt phone the guy and say not to do it again, i said i want his name to make a case against him as if i said that i would have been the ols saying that they like to use, she said you have to go to the police and then open a case, how can i, i dont have his name so i cant open a case against him, she says sorry but thats the way it is, here in s.a now
